There are two types of measurement variables to store:
1. CELL_INFO_LIST:
contains a list used to define the cells employed for the three basic types of cell signal measurmenet: intrafrequency, interfrequency and inter-RAT cell measurement.
2. MEASUREMENT_IDENTITY:
contains the measurement configuration information that the UE received in SIB11/SIB12 message or in the MEASUREMENT CONTROL message.
